Meet FeLishia Franklin
FeLishia Franklin is known for excellent work ethic and strength in boosting organization and individual morale. She has often been called “The Helper.” In every aspect of her life, she desires to help others. Her diverse background and variety of experiences feeds her desire to support others in reaching their highest potential.
Ms. Franklin joined the Air National Guard to provide a better life for her family and fund her education. Holding positions such as Aerospace Ground Equipment Technician, Administration and Knowledge Operations, Personnel, and Religious Affairs have made her career very rewarding. In addition, she has served as the Suicide Prevention Program Manager which afforded her the opportunity to facilitate prevention and intervention education trainings and brief Unit Commanders on newly implemented regulation standards, policies, and Compliance procedures.
